MEDITATION RETREAT : Happy teachers will change the world

  • Landguet Ried, Center for mindful living 10 Hilfligweg Niederwangen bei Bern, BE, 3172 Switzerland (map)

Teachers, this two day weekend retreat is just for you.

You’re always pouring time and energy into your classroom and your students.
This is the moment to pour some time into yourself and enjoy some space to rest, to reflect and to revitalize yourself in a beautiful setting. This retreat is ideal for anyone who has never encountered mindfulness as well as for those people who have more experience in the practice.
Together we will learn and practice multiple meditation techniques, enjoy wholesome meals, share our experiences and learn new ways to nurture and restore ourselves, based on Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village tradition.
